Terms of Service

Hey, welcome to Onoco’s Terms of Service (these "Terms"). This is a contract between you and Onoco Limited and we want you to be aware of yours and our rights before you use the Onoco application ("App" or “Onoco”). Please take some time to read these Terms before enjoying the App, because once you access, view or use the App, you will be legally bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time, and such changes will become applicable to you if you continue to use the Onoco App, or access at any time after such changes are posted on our Website. Where we believe that any changes are material, we will notify you through an in-app notification, alerts on our Website and/or an email to the address you have provided us, but regardless of whether you receive such notice, any changes will become effective if you use any of the Onoco App or access the Website at any time after such changes are published on this page. We recommend that you visit this page periodically to be sure you are aware of the most recent terms of this agreement.


1. Onoco rules

Before you can use our App, you will need to register for an account ("Account"). In order to create an Account you must:

  • sign in by providing your name and email address;

  • be at least 18 years old; and

  • be legally permitted to use the App in your country.

You cannot use another user’s Account without her or his permission.

We hope you love our App, but if you want to leave, you can delete your Account at any time by going to the 'Settings' screen of your Account when you are logged in, and clicking on the Delete account' link. Please check our Privacy Policy for more information on data retention.

Onoco Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or suspend any Account, or make use of any operational, technological, legal or other means available to enforce the Terms (including without limitation blocking specific IP addresses), at any time without liability and without the need to give you prior notice.

Subject to your acceptance of these Terms, Onoco grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use our App, the Services and related software and to display the results of such Services for your personal non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Services for any other purpose, or to copy or distribute the content of the Service except as specifically allowed in these Terms. You also agree that you have no right to access, view or alter any source code or object code of Onoco or its licensors.

2. Membership


Subscription - Your Onoco subscription will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To use the Onoco app you must have Internet access, a device that can utilize the Onoco services and a valid form of payment. You authorize us to charge any form of payment you provide, in connection with your subscription. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the subscription fees for the next billing cycle. Your billing will include your subscription fees and any applicable taxes and transaction fees. You may also incur third party charges and taxes when receiving the Onoco services through your smartphone or another mobile device.


Free Trial - Onoco App services may start with a free trial period. Any free trial period is at the sole discretion of Onoco and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent misuse. We will charge you a subscription fee upon the expiration of your free trial period. To view the subscription price, please access your account information when you login for the Onoco app.


Account - To have a subscription you will need to open a user account. You will be asked to provide us with certain information such as an email address or Apple ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, your email address and Apple ID. Please make sure the information you provide to us at all times is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You may not sell, share, or provide access to your account to anyone else, including without limitation, charging anyone for access to your account.


Cancellation -  You can cancel the Onoco app subscription at any time. However, you will continue to have access to the App through the end of your subscription period. To cancel your subscription, please login into your account.

3. Onoco does not offer medical advice

The contents of the Onoco App, the Website, and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, advice, recommendations, any information provided by our medical partners, sponsors, or business partners or any other information which you may obtain in connection with your use of the Services (“Contents”), are provided for your information only. These Contents do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment, and you should not rely on them as such. Your physician has particular medical knowledge about your baby and your baby's development and should always be consulted if you have a medical emergency or questions about a medical condition. Your decision to rely on any information you obtain in connection with your use of the Services is at your sole discretion. 

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, translation, digital conversion and other matters making up the Services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) and owned by Onoco. Use of the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in any of the Content, documents or other materials you access. Our posting of information or materials on the Services does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. You may not copy, redistribute or publish any part of the Services unless we expressly permit you to in these Terms.


5. No Warranties

The App, its Content, Third Party Materials, third party services and all related websites, including without limitation, updates and upgrades for the Software installed on your device that you download to your device via the Service, are provided “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, availability, security, accuracy and effort is with you to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Onoco Limited and its suppliers and licensors make no representations, warranties or conditions, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

In particular, Onoco Limited, its suppliers and licensors make no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis; (iii) any information obtained by you using the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) any defects or errors in the Software provided to you as part of the Service will be corrected.

Onoco Limited does not control your wireless carrier, and no warranty is made as to coverage, availability or service provided by your wireless carrier. All content and other material you download or obtain through the Service is accessed at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data or content that results from download of any material. Onoco Limited does not represent or warrant that the Service or any feature or part thereof is available or appropriate for use in any particular location.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Onoco Limited (and any employee, officer, director or affiliate of Onoco, each a "Company Person") harmless (including costs and attorneys' fees) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to or use of the Services, the violation of these Terms by you, the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or for any content posted through the Services by you (including claims related to defamation, invasion of privacy, or other violation of a person's rights). Your obligations under the foregoing indemnity may not be offset against any other claim you may have against Onoco or any Company Person. You remain solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise disseminate using, or in connection with, the Services. You agree that the provisions in this paragraph will survive any termination of your account(s) or the Services.
