Marketing Manger

As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver critical projects and strategic initiatives. Consequently, this is a unique opportunity to get an inside view of a transformative startup and the broader world of parent tech and digital health.

 

Who are we looking for 

  • You are a strategic thinker and an effective communicator to help drive the content strategy & manage partnerships. 

  • You have a minimum of 4 years experience of B2C content experience and proven marketing background, including digital and social media management.

  • You have an interest in health and technology. You’ll be motivated by the idea of being part of a force for good and bringing tech support to millions of parents.

  • You will be hungry to join an exciting start-up. You’ll get excited about the prospect of rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.

 

The ideal candidate has a  combination of social media and sales experience, strong communications and interpersonal skills, and can thrive in high growth, fast-paced environments.

 

What you will do

Affiliate and Performance marketing  

  • Develop and manage the affiliate program 

  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates 

  • Staying close to data on performance and understanding what drives them.

  • Assist CMO in paid acquisition campaigns management. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities and generate ideas. 

 

Content  

  • Drive content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. 

  • Optimise content according to SEO. 

  • Creating captivating content such as blogs, social media posts.

  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic. 

  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board. 

 

Social Media  

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. 

  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. 

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. 

  • Oversee social media accounts’ design. 

  • Developing monthly reports.
